AS Biology - Enzyme mechanisms (OCR A Chapter 4.1)

You have already learnt the lock-and-key model in GCSE, but that is actually only a hypothesis of how enzymes work. Now we have more papers and research that prove that the induced fit model is more likely to be the actual enzyme mechanism, and here we will look at how they are different.
