Truly Amazing Old Oak Timber Recycled For A Window Cill Window Seat

Here I have taken an old live edge chunk of timber I bought from a French friend and gave it a new lease of life as my downstairs bedroom / office window cill or even seat. Definitely a seat for my two cats in the French sunshine. The front boxing in timber I found at my property when I bought the farmhouse and again found a good use for it rather than firewood.

The window cill can now be varnished or waxed and the front could be painted even to give the room some additional colour
