In this video, I bought a 2014 Tao Tao BWS 150 scooter with 13,215 Km (8211 miles) and had to fix everything.
Torque specifications:
Clutch nut: 36 ft-lb or 49 Nm
Variator nut: 36 ft-lb or 49 Nm
Transmission belt cover bolts: 7.3 ft-lb or 10 Nm
Exhaust studs to head (8mm size): 7.3 ft-lb or 10 Nm
Exhaust bracket to engine bolts: 18 ft-lb or 24 Nm
Rear wheel nut: 80 ft-lb or 108 Nm
Spark plug gap: 0.025" or 0.65mm
Spark plug torque: 10ft-lb or 14 Nm
Valve to rocker clearance intake: 0.004" or 0.102mm
Valve to rocker clearance exhaust: 0.005" or 0.127mm
Valve cover bolts: 8 ft-lb or 11 Nm
Exhaust nut torque (6mm studs): 8 ft-lb or 11 Nm
Exhaust nut torque (8mm studs): 12 ft-lb or 16 Nm
Muffler clamp bolts: 30 ft-lb or 40 Nm
Brake lever banjo bolt: 19 ft-lb or 26 Nm
Engine mounting bolt: 36 ft-lb or 49 Nm
Shock bolt to frame: 22 ft-lb or 30 Nm
