1/4 cup cornstarch
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika

Set C
Vegetable oil, for frying

Set D (Tartar Sauce)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pickle relish, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or mustard
Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
