Vaillant strip & clean main heat exchanger

This video shows how to strip and clean a main heat exchanger for a Vaillant boiler.

Whenever you break the burner seal you must always replace the G10 graphite seal. Vaillant recommend you strip and clean their boilers at "reasonable service intervals". For me I'll always strip a boiler the first time I work on it and then every 3-5 years or so.
