Thanksgiving was a blast. If you wanna see the shenanigans grab a snack and hang with me for 30 minutes!
Japanese Cabbage Salad Recipe:
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 tbs sesame seeds
1/2 head of nappa cabbage or suey choy
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
3 oz pkg instant ramen noodles, broken up
1/2 pkg chow mein noodles (dry)
Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
2 to 4 tbs soy sauce
3 tbs vinegar
1 tbs sugar
Seasoning from noodles
1/2 tsp pepper
Toast almonds and sesame seeds in a pan for 5 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a bowl. Before serving shake dressing and pour over top of cabbage mixture. Add dry noodles last.
