INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 ounces milk chocolate buy the good kind, chopped
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate again, the good stuff makes everything better, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
