I am Alka sorathia from Gujarat, By Profession, I have done post-graduation in Computer Application (PGDCA) so I am not a trained or professional cooking expert. But cooking is my hobby from my early days, love to cook variety of dishes with tricky way which makes it unique from regular one.
I & my family prefer to have homemade food only so I always cook variety of dishes at home only. Most of my recipes are prepared from the ingredients present in our kitchen with simple manner so even the beginner or bachelors find it easy to cook with self-help.
You will find various dishes like Gujarati, Panjabi, Chinese, South Indian, Continental & the traditional one which our grand mom was cooking in olden days.
