Healthy Gond Raab - 2 Ways | Winter Special - હેલ્થી રાબ રેસીપી | Chetna Patel Recipes

Ingredients :

( For 3 Pepple Serving )

1. Wheat Atta Gond Raab
*  Take a Pan and add
1+1/2 Cup - Water
boil it
* Take a another Pan
1 tbsp - Ghee
1 tbsp - Wheat Atta
Cook for some time in slow flame till light golden
1+1/2 tbsp - Gond
above boiling water in it and stir continuously
2 tbsp - Jaggery
1/2 tsp - Ginger Powder
1/4 tsp - Ganthoda Powder
Pinch - Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp - Gratedd Dry Coconut
1 tbsp - Almond Flakes
Serve Hot
Garnish with Almond flakes

2 . Bajri Atta Gond Raab
* Take a Pan amd add
1+1/2 Cup - Water
boil it
* Take anoth Pan and add
1 tbsp - Ghee
2 tbsp - Bajri Atta
Saute till light golden Colour in Slow Flame
1+1/2 tnsp - Gond
add above Boiling Water
2 tbsp - Jaggery
1/2 tsp - Ginger Powder
1/4 tsp - Ganthoda Powder
1 tbsp - Grated Dry Coconut
1 tbsp - Almond Flakes
boil it and serve
Garnish with Almond flakes and Grated Dry Coconut
