Dates is one of my favorite to add in muffins, cookies and cakes. Here’s another recipe for cookies with dates. Super soft and chewy oatmeal dates cookies. Please try for yourself. Thank you 😊 Ingredients 2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup quick oats 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup softened butter 2 tbsp honey 2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups chopped medjool dates 1/2 cup chopped pecans Bake 300F for 15-18 mins Yield: 40-48 cookie
