✨🎬 This recipe makes enough for two - great when you want to share a coffee with a friend or have a large cup to yourself.
When creating this recipe, Niklas, aka Backpack of Freedom, played around with different ways to control the extraction rate and this was the best result for his personal taste.
Light roasted beans are recommended for this recipe, and If you want to get more floral notes Niklas recommends using 2 or even 3 paper filters.

🟨 Prep:
- Rinse 2 papers;
- Add ground coffee to the
AeroPress.
🟩 Recipe full steps:
1. Start a timer, and add 250g of water (fill almost to the top).
2. Stir gently for 15 seconds.
3. Put the plunger in to stop the dripping.
4. Wait until 2:00.
5. At 2:00, press for 30-40 seconds.
6. Add 150g of water to the brew.
Enjoy!
