REcipe:

KOFTA PREPARATION:
• Onion 1 small
• Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
• Coriander
• Green chilli 3 qty
• Keema 400 gram
Spices:
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Red chili ppowder 1/2 tsp
• Roasted coriander & zeera powder 1 tsp
• Chaat masala 1 tsp
• Garam masala 1/4 tsp
• Besan 2-3 tbsp
BIRYANI MASALA PREPARATION:
RICE BOIL:
• Water 5-6 cups
• Black cumin 1/2 tsp
• Garam masala
• Oil 1 tsp
• Vinegar 2-3 drop
• Salt 2 tsp
• Rice 1/2 kg

BIRYANI MASALA:
• Oil /2 cup
• Onion 2 qty
• Tomato 2 ty
• Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
• Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric 1/2 tsp
• Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
• Roasted coriander & zeera powder 1/2 tsp
• Biryani Masala 3 tbsp
