HOW TO PLAY
Densha De Go! | 電車でＧＯ! (or translated into english: Let's Go By Train), is a game series which simulates a train driver travelling along real train routes based in Japan.
The driver's main task is to control the train, arriving at each station on time (being early and late will incur penalties) and stopping the train as precise as 30cm of the train stopping point. The goal is to be as accurate as possible (with best result being 0cm and on time), the higher the accuracy the higher your score!
In addition to accurate train driving you must also blow the train horn in presence of workers performing maintenance and adhere to the posted speed limits signs and light signals as they appear. Disobey any of these and you will be penalized. Some other games in the series require you to blow your horn when a passenger is passed the yellow line or avoiding a crash with a vehicle that is stuck on the tracks.

Densha De Go! 2 (電車でGO! 2) was released in 1999 for the PC, PlayStation, Nintendo 64, WonderSwan, Neo Geo Pocket Color, Dreamcast and Game Boy Color. This version of Densha De Go contains routes based on a recreation of real-route Routes based in Japan. Lines included in this game include the Yamanote Line (山手線), Keihin Tohoku Line (京浜東北線), Tokaido Line ( 東海道本線), Hokuhoku Line (ほくほく線), Akita Shinkansen (秋田新幹線), Ou Main Line (奥羽本線) and Tazawako Line (田沢湖線).
