Going To Bacolod City To Avoid Dumaguete! We can get to Dumaguete in 2 hours or Bacolod in 3.5 hours so we are taking off for a couple days to Bacolod city. We love Bacolod city and it's on our top three cities here in the Philippines. Last couple trips to Dumaguete we regretted after dealing with the traffic, and constant parking issues.
