Cooked Jackfruit Taste Like Meat?

It's been the longest time I have been wanting to learn how to use Jackfruit (Vietnamese: mít) as meat substitute.  Turns out it was really easy to do!  Join me as I improvised this dish using what was available in the kitchen to flavor this "vegan meat".
