Welcome back to our channel! Today, we're whipping up a mouth-watering chocolate cake using just a fry pan. This simple yet decadent recipe is perfect for those who don't have an oven or want a quick and easy dessert option.
Ingredients:
For cake batter:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup curd
For chocolate ganache:
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Corn flour 2 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a large bowl add oil, powdered sugar & curd Mix well
Place a sieve over the bowl and add Maida, cocoa powder baking powder, baking soda and salt sift together the dry ingredients.
Mix it with a spatula until well combined.Gradually add milk to the batter, stirring continuously until smooth.
Grease a fry pan with a bit of oil and place a butter paper and pour the batter into it.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for about 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan before transferring it to a plate.
To make chocolate ganache:
Add cocoa powder, sugar,corn flour and milk together in a saucepan and mix well without lumps.
Cook on low heat until it thickens.
Turn off the flame and add butter and stir until butter melts.
Enjoy your homemade chocolate cake straight from the fry pan!
