Your listing will be placed with our site within 48 business hours upon your approval. Your listing fee will be $25 for access to your listing along with our back office support and Search Engine Optimization and Programming by our team. This fee will be deducted from the final sale. We will charge one fee per listing and multiple listings will be free once the $25 fee is paid. If it does not sell then you do not have to pay the fee. We have a right based on our experience to give you our opinion to give you the best chance to sell your product.
As a liaison between you and the buyer, at no time is GoSouthernMD.com liable for your product if it is false listed based on the product not being what the buyer expects. The liability will solely be held between you and the buyer but we will do everything possible to rectify any complaint.
Your listing will be placed and be seen by over 1,000 unique visitors a day and our sales support team will assist in selling your product. We will not do anything under your listing price without your approval. Once your listing sells, the buyer will pay for the product with a credit card on our site and you will be notified via an email that your listing sold. You will then decide if you wish us to ship it on our UPS account with the shipping costs deducted from the total. We will send you the cost before you agree to this or you can ship it yourself and offer tracking to the buyer.
Once the buyer receives your product and gives you a positive review then we will release the amount of the total sale minus the $25 listing fee, shipping costs if we shipped it and 10% of the sale via a commission to us. If you wish to accept this then we will send you a business check with in 48 business hours. If you wish to accept a credit to purchase products on GoSouthernMD.com site then you will get the full amount of the listing sale with no deductions of a commission and listing fees except if we ship it. Then we will deduct the shipping cost and that will be the final amount.
If you get negative feedback then GoSouthernMD.com will work to assist as a moderator to try to rectify the dispute. We will hold the payment until this is resolved. If there is no resolution then you will have to pay to ship the product back to you at your expense and you will be banned from using this service in the future. If there is a chargeback on your listing then we have a right to recover the amount of the chargeback based on the agreement of these terms and conditions.
We will contact you about the complaint and try to rectify the situation if at all possible. If we cannot recover the listing sale then you will not be allowed to use your listing service anymore and our attorney will contact you for payment and the product will be shipped to us to sell the product.
We reserve the right to not list anything on our site that we do not already sell in our catalog.
If your item for sale needs a prescription then you will be liable to work with the buyer to make sure that he/she has a valid prescription prior to the final sale.
