Hundreds without heat, water after pipes burst at Midtown apartments

Residents at Heritage House apartments in Midtown St. Louis area without power and water after a pipes burst overnight. It happened on the coldest day of the season.

The broken pipes caused the building to flood as residents attempted to mop up the mess on Monday morning.
