I'm running one small Google Ads it’s a washing machine repair and service. From the last one month. So many clicks happening daily, I am receiving only three to four calls, all amounts going for clicks. So please help me with this account. So the question is very vague. When you say from the last month you are getting so many clicks, how many clicks are these 10, 20, 30, and 40? If you're expecting a higher conversion rate, then you need to improve the ads and the offer on the ads. So if you got a guarantee, warranty, or anything that you offer for free or something like that, put them in. So when your ads is shown along the three other competitors, you get the click and also the call because the customer will get impressed. Oh, wow, this looks pretty good, and I want to speak to this company.

So you need to start working on the ad because you’re not going to take them to a landing page, are you? Because it's a call-only campaign. So everything is happening on that ad. The other thing which I will look at is which keywords aren't performing and eating up all your budget. Pause them and then also look in the search terms report which keywords or which search terms are showing your ads. And if they are also eating up your budget and bleeding your cash, then put them as negative keywords and that should improve it from three to four calls to more calls a day.
