In this video, I'll be sharing with you the ✨EASIEST Party Snack✨ to eat in the Mediterranean diet (and any healthy diet) - so that you can embrace this famous and healthy way of eating ➡️ it called "Pinzimonio" in Italian.

And for those of you who don't love veggies? Try this approach out - it's not as tricky as it seems.

DIRECTIONS HERE ⬇️

Ingredients:
✅ Vegetables of choice (I used Rainbow Carrots, Bell Pepper and Radicchio)

SAVORY Whipped Ricotta:
✅ Ricotta cheese (part-skim)
✅ Olive oil
✅ Lemon juice
✅ Garlic
✅ Green Onion
✅ Salt and Pepper to taste

SWEET Whipped Ricotta:
✅ Ricotta cheese (part-skim)
✅ Olive oil
✅ Fresh Herbs (Rosemary, Sage, Thyme)
✅ Honey
✅ Salt to taste

Directions:
1. Chop all vegetables into longitudinal strips for easy dipping.
2. Chop all ingredients for ricotta whips into smallest pieces possible (garlic, green onion, fresh herbs).
3. Squeeze the juice of one half or one whole lemon.
4. Blend the ingredients together for each respective whip using whisk or electric hand mixer.
5. Dip and enjoy!!!

🧑🏻‍🍳 As you can see from the video, you do NOT need to be a top chef to enjoy cooking. Be as messy as you need. Your body will reap the nutritional benefits anyways!
