Chinese Street Food - Michelin Noodle Size of My Palm! (Chengdu)

In this video, I went to a Michelin Bib Gourmand (Rongrong Beida Pugaimian) noodle house in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, it serves a special noodle called Pu Gai Mian aka blanket noodle, each noodle piece is very massive and almost the size of my palm.

Food I had
Su Jiao (vegan chili, don't ask me why there's pork when it's called vegan)
Suan Cai Rou Si (sour cabbage with meat slices)
Ji Za (chicken gizzards/offal mix)
Pai Gu (bone-in pork rib)
