INGREDIENTS:
-60g Butter
250g (2 cups)All purpose flour
-130g (1 1/4 Cups) Icing/Confectioners sugar
-1 Large egg
-1 tsp Baking Powder
-1 tsp Vanilla extract
Little water to brush the cookies
Sugar to sprinkle
Tray to bake the cookies
Bake:
Preheat oven to 350F degrees (180C)
Bake for 22-25 minutes
