150g of chopped cheese
Pasta:
4 whole eggs
400g of sour cream
1/4 cup of oil (60ml)
1/2 cup of milk (120ml)
Black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of salt (5g)
1 cup of wheat flour (130g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (12g)
30g of grated parmesan cheese
Cup measure: 240ml
Dimensions of the refractory / baking dish: 35 x 21 x 6cm
Oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
