Mūsā ibn ʿImrān[1] (Arabic: ٰمُوسیٰ
Mūsā ibn ʿImrān[1] (Arabic: ٰمُوسیٰ ابن عمران, romanized: Mūsā) known as Moses in Judaeo-Christian theology, considered a prophet and messenger in Islam, is the most frequently mentioned individual in the Qur'an, his name being mentioned 135 times.[2] The Quran states that Musa was sent by God to the Pharaoh of Egypt and his establishments and the Israelites for guidance and warning. Musa is mentioned more in the Qur'an than any other individual, and his life is narrated and recounted more than that of any other prophet.[3] According to Islam, all Muslims must have faith in every prophet (nabi) and messenger (rasul) which includes Musa and his brother Aaron, Adam, Noah, Abraham and Jesus. The Qur'an states:
And mention in the Book, Moses. Indeed, he was chosen, and he was a messenger and a prophet. And We called him from the side of the mount at [his] right and brought him near, confiding [to him]. And We gave him out of Our mercy his brother Aaron as a prophet.

Khidr (Arabic: ٱلْخَضِر al-Khaḍir), also spelled al-Khidr, al-Khadir, Khader, Khizr, Khazer, Khadr, Khedher, Khizir, Khizar, is a figure not mentioned by name in the Quran[2][3][self-published source?] as a righteous servant of God possessing great wisdom or mystic knowledge. In various Islamic and non-Islamic traditions, Khidr is described as a messenger, prophet, wali, slave[4] or angel,[5][6] who guards the sea, teaches secret knowledge[7] and aids those in distress.[8] As guardian angel, he prominently figures as patron of the Islamic saint Ibn Arabi.[9] The figure of al-Khidr has been syncretized over time with various other figures including but not limited to Dūraoša [10] and Sorūsh in Iran,[11][12][13][14] Saint Sarkis the Warrior,[15][16] Saint George [17][18][19][20][21][22]
