As pre-health students, we are often told to log our shadow hours and service hours. So, today I wanted to walk you through how I organized and logged my shadow hours and service hours before applying to dental school. This can easily be applied to medical school, physical therapy school, physicians assistant school, nursing school, or really any pre-health program!

I created this shadow hours template to help you organize your hours. In this video I walk you through how to use the template and why logging your shadow hours is so important. Please feel free to share this template with anyone who it might help!
