This Keto Cauliflower Salad recipe is the perfect low-carb replacement for potato salad, except much healthier.

The bonus with cauliflower is that it doesn't have that dusty texture you get in potato salad and you can cook the cauliflower to your desired consistency for crunch or softness.

- 6 slices of Bacon
