If so, in today’s video I share a sales tactic that some homebuilders in the U.S. are doing in order to make it seem like their price reductions are bigger than they seem. This is based on my own experience in working as a real estate agent in Sacramento, CA as well as my research in other markets as well. So, if you would like to purchase new home construction this is something you should be aware of.
