My words:
A Pakistani film (1) includes all audio and video elements. The "Work For Hire" clause (2) makes it clear that the work done by anyone hired by the producer(s) for the film (actors/actresses, scriptwriters, choreographers, music composers, lyricists, singers, etc.) belongs to the producer(s) and becomes a part of the film copyright. Film copyright in Pakistan (3) lasts for fifty years and any film and its songs released more than fifty years ago is in the public domain. No extensions, no renewals, no exceptions. This video is no longer protected by copyright.
