Gul-Poli is generally made on
Gul-Poli is generally made on Makar sankrant festival. It is made using jagery , sesame seeds. It is called a Tilgulachi poli. It is one f the traditional recipe and good for health during winters. It is cruncy and delicious to have.
Ingredients
1) 300 gm sesame seeds
2) 300 gm jaggery
3) Vegetable oi
4) Velchi powder(cardamom powder)
5) Besan
6) 100 gms groundnut
7) 2 bowls of Wheat flour
8) 1 bowl of Maida(All purpose flour)
9) Salt(1 tsp)
10) 2 tbsp ghee
