How to Install a Decked Truck Box

Today we’ll be showing you how to install the decked truck box using the 9 easy steps the step-by-step guide shows you in the instructions provided.  The first step is the driver side decked assembly, first Loosely bold to C channel to the legends on the inside of the two ammo cans.  Once you attach the ammo cans to the see channel lineup the deck on top of it and line it up with the vert middle piece and tighten it down to the vert and the ammo cans. And slide the left half into the bed of the truck. The next step is much like the first, first install the channel on the inside of the ammo cans and line up the deck on the top and line it inside the vert in the middle like a puzzle piece to the other side. Then tighten down all the bolts both to the ammo cans and to the vert.  Using The j-hooks provided fasten down the ammo cans to the truck bed tie downs to keep the decked truck box secure. Then install the axles to the inside of the ammo cans and the middle spine of the box. Then screw down the edge guard and the ruler to the front of the truck bed box. After that install the wheel brackets to the back of the drawer. Putting the bolts through the holes and tightening down the nuts to the bolts. Install the wheel using the axle and the bushing make sure the bushings are on the inside of the wheel. The seventh step to install the door handles, first place they handle into the slot. From the outside of the door place the red torsion ring to the spring slot on the right side if you're facing the drawer. Then place the weather stripping on the tailgate end of the drawer. Once the handles and the wheels are installed into the drawer you can install the drawer into the bed box system.  Slide the rear wheels end of their channels and push them all the way back into the door system. Then install the remaining tailgate side wheels and bushings into their axles. Then install the drawer brace.  Screw on the bottle opener to the front of the truck box and you’re all set.  Thanks for watching.  And remember what Radco always says: “When you’re truck looks good you look good.”
