If you are a regular viewer to this channel, you will have watched me catch garfish and talk about how to catch them before. In this video I will show you how to fillet garfish and clean and remove all the bones.
Garfish are delicious to eat, and I rate them as high as whiting.
I then make a simple but delicious fish fry with the boneless fillets.
Next time you catch some garfish or see them in the market. take some home and give them a go. There are plenty of tasty recipes to try.
