🇬🇧 The Juki AMS 221 is a machine that allows you to create programmed seams on heavy materials or with thicknesses greater than usual.
In this case we see how our machine has been programmed to make covers for bicycle saddles.
Our client's need was to be able to create, in addition to a perimeter seam, also a central design that would reinforce the edges and an air opening.
The product had to be finished respecting a precise timing and with the possibility of varying, in addition to the various threads colors, also the consistency and height of the sewn material.
A specific guide was then custom built on the customer's prototype which would house and hold the pre-cut piece in place as it was stitched.
At the end of the operation, the machine repositions the frame so that the operator can easily pick up the work performed and load the next piece

🇮🇹 La Juki AMS 221 è una macchina che permette di realizzare cuciture programmate su materiali pesanti o con spessori maggiori dell’usuale.
In questo caso vediamo come la nostra macchina sia stata programmata per la realizzazione di coperture per le selle delle biciclette.
La necessità del nostro cliente era quella di poter realizzare, oltre ad una cucitura perimetrale anche un disegno centrale che rinforzasse i bordi ti una apertura di aerazione.
Il prodotto doveva essere finito rispettando una tempistica ben precisa e con la possibilità di variare, oltre ai vari colori, anche la consistenza e l’altezza del materiale cucito.
È stata quindi costruita una guida specifica basata sul prototipo del cliente che avrebbe alloggiato e tenuto in posizione il pezzo pre-tagliato nel corso della cucitura.
Al termine della operazione la macchina riposiziona il telaio in modo che l’operatore possa comodamente prelevare il lavoro eseguito e caricare il pezzo successivo
