Straightening of NEFF Lead Screws

In this video we show the straightening of ball screws with the straightening press. For optimal running smoothness of the ball screw, compliance with the tolerances for straightness is a decisive prerequisite. This also has a strong influence on the service life of the ball screws and bearing units. If the straightness tolerances are not observed, the lifetime of the ball screws is significantly reduced due to bending moments and vibrations.
