How I export an image for Instagram with Adobe Illustrator

Set artboard or image size at 1080 x 1080px for square and 1920x1080 for portrait. Then go to File-Export and save as a .jpg file, highest quality and "art optimized." Then export and you now have an image file ready for Instagram!
