We are seeing serious problem signs for the Miami rental market this past month. I'm talking price drops for 4 out of 5 bedroom count categories. I wouldn't say it's necessarily an all-hands-on-deck emergency, YET! However, this could spell trouble for landlords who bought properties high expecting ever-increasing rents. On the other hand, this is a glorious moment for renters unlike we've seen in quite some time. I'm breaking it all down in this video, right here, right now.
