Top Afghan Officials Welcome Pact with US

The new long-term partnership agreement that U.S. President Barack Obama and Afghan President Hamid Karzai signed this week in Afghanistan is getting a generally positive reception from officials in Kabul.  And soon, Afghan lawmakers are expected to approve the plan.  VOA White House Correspondent Kent Klein tells us why.
