Most notable is the exterior which benefits from Hyundai’s Fluidic Design theme. This class of crossovers is very competitive with the likes of the Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, Ford Escape, and the Mazda CX-5. There are 4 trim levels with prices that range from $22,700 to $31,300. The Eco model tested here starts at $24,150.

Under the hood is a Turbocharged GDI 1.6 liter 4-cylinder engine that makes 175 horsepower and 195 lb-ft. of torque. Power delivery is smooth thanks to the 7-speed EcoShift Dual Clutch Transmission. Fuel economy is 26 MPG in the city and 33 MPG on the highway for the FWD model. The suspension has been thoroughly revised and the ride, handling, and steering feel are significantly more refined compared to the last model.
