One of my favourite lines which I also grew up on, the Reading line from London Waterloo. We stop at Wokingham, Bracknell, Martins Heron, Ascot home to the horse racecourse, sunningdale, Twickenham where the English rugby stadium is, staines where Thorpe Park is based and many more railway stations. This used to have Network Southeast, then South West Trains by Stagecoach, and finally South Western Railway by First Group. Many trains have been on this route including Eurostar, 4VEP slam doors, Siemens Desiro and also passes Clapham Junction where the Gatwick Express and Class 377 Southern trains are going to Victoria. Back in the day, the Great Western Class 43 HST also visited Waterloo when London Paddington was closed, but this was before the Elizabeth Line and Heathrow Express to UKs busiest airport
