In this Sims 4 speed build, we are building a Garden Center with retail center, nursery and greenhouses! I'm starting to get in the mood for summer with warmer weather arriving and I thought this build would be a fun way of using the Greenhouse Haven Kit. Green Haven Garden Center has all of you Sim's gardening needs!
FYI:
To operate this build as a retail lot, there are a few things you should know first. Currently, any items that sit directly on the ground can be listed for sale and will be functional (ex: birdbaths, statues, lawn decor, large plants, etc.). Trees in the nursery are for looks only. If you'd like set items for sale on shelves, I suggest choosing a specific area and deleting the "decor" items leaving only the items that will or are currently attached to the shelves. The "decor" items placed using T.O.O.L., the red shelf mod or the ones that are simply raised up using the 9 and 0 keys will not be accessible to Sims wanting to buy them. They technically can be labeled for sale, but Sims will never be able to buy them. The vegetable plants and herbs in pots located in the greenhouse cannot be listed for sale. Although, empty pots on their own can be labeled for sale. With that being said, I hope you have fun with this build in your game, whether you are using it as a retail lot or simply to add some realism to your game. (It can also be changed into a generic lot type.)
