INGREDIENTS:
Ribs with meat - 3 pieces (approx. 3.5 kg).
Rub with seasoning and put in a cool place for 3 hours (preferably overnight).
Soybean - 4-5 tbsp.
Garlic - 4 cloves.
Salt - 1 tbsp. with a slide.
Hot pepper, red to taste.
BAKE at 190 degrees for 50 minutes.
Then we take it out and brush it with frying sauce until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
Sauce:
Tomato pass. - 3 tablespoons.
Garlic - 2 cloves.
Rose oil - 2 tablespoons.
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.
Honey - 1 tbsp.
Mustard - 1 teaspoon.
Paprika - 1 teaspoon.
