Carbon in a bow. Why?

fiber architecture, carbon limbs, tradional bow upgrades, what's limb construction wording all about.

here we look at torsional rigidity, dynamic limb mass in recurve bows, be it ILF or bolt down or own peice bows.

increased arrow speed comes from stored energy and reduced limb mass.

all bowyers know this, but few understand the materials behind it.    or else they wouldn't be using the materials they are using.
