Vermicelli Kuska / Semiya Kuska is one of the delicious and tasty recipe. We used only the simple ingredients which is normally available at home. Ingredients for Vermicelli Kuska / Semiya Kuska Vermicelli – 250 gm Onion – 2 No. Tomato – 2 No. Mint leaves – little Coriander leaves – little Green chilli – 1 No. Chilli powder - ½ tbspn Cooking Oil - 1½ tbspn Salt to taste Coconut milk – 150 ml Water – 450 ml Cinnamon – small piece Clove – 1 No. Cardamom – 1 No. Preparation First cut the onion into half and make lengthy slices then tomato in to half and make to lengthy slices as well, chop the mint leaves and coriander leaves and keep aside. Keep the pan and add the oil and let the oil get heated up then add Cinnamon, Clove and Cardamon followed by onion, saute the onion and add mint leaves then tomato and saute everything for few minutes and add chilli powder and after it get fried add the water and coconut milk. Let the mixture get boiled then add coriander leaves and add the vermicelli and mix it well. Lid it for 2 minutes and after that the delicious Vermicelli Kuska / Semiya Kuska is ready to serve.
