Dough weight without candied fruits and raisins: 1.2 kg.
Quantity: 3 pcs. 430 gr.

All ingredients must be at room temperature!

100 ml. warm milk
25 gr. fresh yeast (8 gr. dry)
200 gr. sugar
3 yolks (from medium eggs)
0,5 tsp. vanilla salt
200 gr. sour cream (20-25%)
+/- 570 gr. flour (400 gr. + 170 gr.)
80 gr. butter

Optional:
1 zest of orange
2 tbsp. strong alcohol (20 gr.)
1/4 tsp. turmeric

Dried fruits/candied fruits (100-200 gr.)
I use:
60 gr. candied fruit + 80 gr. raisins + juice 1/2 orange
