For those who don't know
For those who don't know of this alternate universe, Geno, Error, and Fresh are brothers and are raised by their mother CQ (crayon queen) (a.k.a: loverofpiggies who is their creator on tumbr)
Geno is terminally ill and has to visit the hospital many, many times. Basically his soul isn't producing enough magic to keep his body healthy and functioning.He doesn't want his family or friends to worry so he tries to play it off that he isn't in constant pain. All he wants is to see his brothers happy and not be concerned with every step he takes.
Error has " pixilation syndrome " which causes glitching when he is under great deal of stress; which is a lot of the time. He also has Haphephobia which is the fear of being touched. Error gets a great deal of comfort from Geno, but at the same time with Geno being constantly ill it also gives him stress. To better explain Error's conditions I will leave a link to where the AU creator explains it better:

Fresh... has no emotions. He can't feel anything, or feel for anyone. As the comic moves on, it is shown how Fresh fakes some emotions but doesn't hide that he can't feel. He puts on a fake smile and wears his glasses to hide his 'soulless' eyes. He can't understand why people are so worried about Geno, when in his mind he can't help make the sickness go away so he doesn't feel the urge to try and care; even if he could.
I love the comics and story made for these characters and it is a heart tugging read if you are interested.
