Mini Egg Cheesecake FILLED Easter Eggs 😱 🐣

If you love Mini Eggs like me you will LOVE this recipe! Perfect addition to use up any Easter eggs you may have left over after Easter or if you want to get creative with them for an Easter egg party! 🐣

Please note: I broke 2 egg shells so only made 6 in the video, however recipe makes 8 :)

RECIPE: (makes 8 cheesecake shells)
4 small/medium easter eggs (halved)
100g biscuits, crushed
70g butter, melted
225g cream cheese
70g icing sugar
1 tsp Heilala vanilla
150ml cream
150g crushed mini eggs
100g whole mini eggs for decoration
50g chocolate, melted
8 lindt chocolate bunnies
