Grim and brooding by nature, the Anvils of the Heldenhammer wear deep black plate armour, though some of the official artwork portrays this as more of a glossy, lacquered black finish. I thought it would be interesting to try to recreate that in principle for the tabletop! Not the fastest Stormhost to paint by a long way, but they do look incredibly striking on the table with sinister black armour and shining gold trim.
