I have about 440g of jackfruit seeds and I add 4 cups of water and ½ tsp of salt. Allow the water and seeds to come to a boil. After boiling on high heat for about 15 minutes, turn off the stove. Let the seeds steep in the hot water for 20 minutes with the lid on. Check to see if a fork easily pierces the boiled jackfruit seed.
