There are number of ways to fix iPhone boot loop:
IPHONE NOT TURNING ON/STUCK IN BOOT LOOP.
1) The boot loop on iPhone can easily be fixed with hard reseting your iPhone as shown in the first part of the video
2) If all fails, restore and this mean you might lose your data
3) The final steps would be as I discovered that your battery might have died and the iPhone does not thinking you have a battery on board as shown near the end of the video.
