Cooking recipe and ingredients:

900 g fish (herring).
Cut off the heads.
Clean the insides.
Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel!
Rinse well with cold water and place in a deep cup.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon fish seasoning.
1 tablespoon vinegar 9%.
Mix well.
Cover with cling film and let marinate for 30 minutes.
1kg potatoes.
Add water and cook for 15 minutes.
40g butter.
1/2 teaspoon thyme.
1/3 teaspoon oregano.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
1/3 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
2 cloves of garlic.
Grate 60 g of Parmesan cheese on a fine grater.
Mix well.
Halve the boiled potatoes.
Place potatoes on the cheese bed.
Finely grate more Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Chop 1 onion.
50 ml oil for frying.
Sauté the onion over medium heat until soft.
Grate 1 carrot on a coarse grater.
Mix well.
Salt.
4 cloves.
4 allspice.
Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Place on a baking sheet.
Place marinated fish on top.

Add 300 ml tomato sauce.
2 bay leaves.
Cover with foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes.
3 tablespoons white yogurt.
1/3 teaspoon salt.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
1/3 teaspoon dry garlic.
Chop some dill.
Mix well.
Our delicious dinner for the whole family is ready.
