Wagtail 6.0 is here. In this video, we'll walk through some of the big changes that have been made and our favorite new features, including:
- Major improvements to universal listings
- The new search filter options
- The new Checks section of the Wagtail editor
- Enhanced right-to-left language support
- Dark mode
- Django 5.0 support

In this quick video tour of Wagtail 6.0 and Wagtail update video, we'll walk you through the exciting new features and updates that make this release a game-changer for Wagtail CMS users.
Wagtail CMS users will notice straight away that we have added several improvements to our listings pages, including a direct Add Page button, an enhanced search bar and a new search filter button. With the new filter, you can now filter and sort content according to page type, date range, editor, owner, and also by site or locale if you're manage multiple sites or languages within Wagtail. We also moved our built-in accessibility checker to a Checks section within the page editor to make it easier to access and use. We're also excited to share that we have enhanced our right-to-left language support and have made several improvements to that interface.
Watch as we show you a demo of our newest features and some old favorites in our latest version of Wagtail CMS.
